"Super cute, but the quality didn’t hold up"
I really liked how this bag looked when I first got it — it was super cute and seemed perfect. But after just a couple of weeks, the stitching started coming loose, which was disappointing. For the price, I expected it to last a lot longer.

I had an issue with my order i was annoyed at first. I had to keep chasing support and it felt like it took forever to get anywhere. But then, out of nowhere, they finally got it sorted and I was like, okay, fair enough, at least they fixed it. Still not the smoothest experience though.

"Not a great experience for me"
I can’t say I wasn’t disappointed with poppylissiman. I thought it would be a simple process, but it ended up being more annoying than I expected. I didn’t have no smooth experience, and by the end I just felt frustrated and over it. Maybe other people have better luck, but I wouldn’t use it again

"Decent bag, but I felt a bit misled"
I ordered a bag from poppylissiman.com and overall it’s cute and feels good for the price. That said, I did feel a little misled because the photos made it look a bit more premium than it does in person. It’s still a nice style and I’ve used it a few times without any issues, so I’m not unhappy with it. Shipping was okay, not super quick but not terrible. I’d maybe buy again if another design really caught my eye, but I’d keep my expectations a bit more realistic next time.

"Comfy after the first wear"
I got a pair from Poppy Lissiman and they are really comfortable for everyday wear. I wore them out for a few hours and did not end up with sore feet, which is rare for me. They felt a tiny bit tight at first, but after one wear they started to feel right. Giving them 4 stars for that small fit issue in the beginning.

"Return Worked Out, Just Took a While"
The return was okay overall, but it definitely took longer than I expected. I had to email them twice before I got clear info on what was going on. Not sure how to explain it, but the process just felt a little confusing and slower than it needed to be. In the end, they accepted the return and I got my refund, so it wasn’t terrible, just not the smoothest experience.

I thought it was a little too pricey for what you actually get. I mean, it’s not bad or anything, and I can see why some people might like it, but for me the value just didn’t quite match the cost.

"Not Worth the Hassle"
I was about to place an order, but after reading more about the brand, I got turned off. For the price, it just doesn’t feel worth taking the risk. On top of that, having to go through verification over and over again was really annoying. At that point, I just decided to pass.

"Pretty smooth order overall"
I ordered from poppylissiman after browsing for way too long one evening, and overall everything went fine. My package arrived with the right items, and it all matched what I had ordered. One of the colors looked a tiny bit different in person than I expected, but that can happen with online shopping depending on lighting and screens. Shipping was decent too, nothing super fast but no real issues. I’d probably order from them again.

The fabric does feel really tough, and I haven’t noticed any wear yet, so I’ll give it credit for that. Still, after the experience I had, I’d expect at least an apology.

"Looked good, but not worth the wait"
I was really excited when I ordered this and got frustrated waiting for it to finally show up. At first glance it looked nice, but after just a few wears I noticed the seams were uneven and the stitching on the straps was already starting to look loose. For the price, I expected it to hold up a lot better.

"Customer service took forever to respond..."
I had a problem with my order and honestly... getting a response from customer service took way longer than I expected. When they finally did reply, it felt kind of generic and didn’t really solve much. Maybe other people have had a better experience, but for me the slow back-and-forth made the whole thing frustrating.

"Pretty disappointing lens quality"
The lenses just felt really cheap to me. One side was kind of blurry, and after wearing them for a little while my eyes got tired fast. I feel like this always happens when something looks decent online but the quality doesn’t match the price. I expected way better, so I definitely wouldn’t buy these again.

Checkout was quick and easy overall. There was a tiny lag when I went to pay, so I’m guessing their payment system was dragging its feet a bit, but it went through fine in the end. I got the confirmation email right away, so no real issue.

I ordered from poppylissiman and the shipping was quicker than I thought it would be. I got updates along the way, which I appreciated, and everything arrived safely. I am giving it 4 stars because it took a day or two before the order actually shipped, but once it did, it moved fast. Overall, I am happy with my experience.

"The size was exactly what I expected…"
The size was exactly what I expected, not too tight and not awkward anywhere. i put it on and was like, yep, this works. No weird fit issues at all. Then again, if it had been tight I would’ve been annoyed immediately
